Tyler Knight- Why I do what I do.

I do what I do because if I do not do it, then who will do it? When someone walks down the street and sees a homeless person, they automatically think that they are drunk or a loser. Working with them has changed all that for me. I have met homeless people with college degrees and even doctorates. Most of them time the reason they are on the street is just because they can't find work. But, through all their struggles and hardships, these people are more hopeful and more loving than anybody I have ever met. To see their faces light up when I give them a sandwich or a pair of socks means more to me than anything else in the entire world.
